Chocolate Fudge Brownie Cheesecake

If you have a sweet tooth, this Chocolate Fudge Brownie Cheesecake is for you! Layered brownie, chocolate, and cheesecake combined into an incredible dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix + ingredients to prepare (on box)

CHEESECAKE

  • 24 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

CHOCOLATE GANACHE

  • 16 oz chocolate chips *semi sweet
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare brownie mix as directed on box and spread brownie batter evenly on bottom of pan.
  3. Place in preheated oven and bake about 20-25 minutes, or until set.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar.
  5. Add in the eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
  6. Reduce heat in oven to 325 degrees.
  7. Pour cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer and place pan back into oven to bake about 50-55 minutes.
  8. Remove pan and allow to cool before moving pan to the refrigerator to chill for about 4 hours.
  9. Once chilled through, heat the whipping cream until just about boiling.
  10. Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips.
  11. Continuously stir until chocolate has melted.
  12. Allow the ganache to cool for about 10 minutes before pouring evenly on top of the cheesecake.
  13. Allow ganache to set for about 30 minutes and then serve or refrigerate until ready!
