Chocolate Mocha Pudding Shots

Made with chocolate pudding, spiced rum and a little instant coffee, these Mocha Pudding Shots are a fun and festive treat for the grown-ups in the room. They're sure to be a big hit at your next holiday party!

Ingredients
- 1 chocolate instant pudding small package
- 3/4 Cup milk
- 3/4 Cup spiced rum
- 8 oz whipped topping tub
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- Whipped Cream chocolate, to garnish
- Cake sprinkles chocolate, to garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl add the milk, liquor, instant coffee and instant pudding mix.
- Whisk until combined.
- Add cool whip to the pudding mixture a little at a time.
- Whisk until combined.
- Spoon the pudding mixture into disposable shot glasses.
- Place in freezer for at least 2 hours
- Top with Chocolate whip cream and sprinkles
Notes
- Without the topping, you can keep these refrigerated for 5-7 days.
