Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Brownies
Description
This brownie recipe blends melted unsalted butter with sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to form a smooth batter. Cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder are incorporated to create the chocolate base. Semi-sweet chocolate chips and most of the peanut butter chips are folded into the batter, providing bursts of chocolate and peanut flavor throughout.
The batter is poured into a greased 8x8 inch pan, and the remaining peanut butter chips are sprinkled on top before baking at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. This results in brownies with a tender, fudgy interior and a bit of texture from the dispersed chips and peanut butter flavor complementing the chocolate.
Perfect for dessert or snacks, these brownies can be enjoyed as is or paired with milk or coffee for a rich treat.
