Chocolate peanut butter cookie bars are an easy way to get that peanut butter cookie taste with a lot less work! A delicious, quick, and easy dessert!

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup oil vegetable or canola
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup oats
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips milk chocolate or semi-sweet, or a combination
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine peanut butter, oil, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add flour, oats, and salt.
- Stir until combined.
- Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown and the middle is set.
- Pour chocolate chips over the top immediately after removing it from the oven.
- Let sit 5 minutes to melt, then spread the chocolate evenly.
- Let the chocolate peanut butter cookie bars cool and the chocolate melt.
