Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla for a nutrient-dense, no-bake snack. The mix is stirred with mini chocolate chips and shaped into small balls that offer a chewy texture and balanced sweetness suitable for on-the-go energy boosts or quick bites.

Description

This recipe blends dry ingredients like oats, cocoa powder, flaxseed meal, and chia seeds with creamy peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to create small, flavorful snacks without baking. The combination of seeds and oats provides a hearty, chewy texture, while peanut butter and honey add natural sweetness and binding.

Mini chocolate chips stirred into the mixture contribute bursts of chocolate flavor and a bit of crunch. The energy balls are rolled into portioned sizes and chilled to firm up. Their no-bake nature makes them convenient to prepare and store.

Ideal for a quick energy boost between meals or a post-workout snack, these energy balls can be refrigerated for up to two weeks or frozen for longer storage, maintaining their texture and flavor.
