  • 1 coop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoon heavy cream

  3. Mix everything together well, making sure there are no lumps.
  4. Eat immediately or refrigerate until ready. Optionally garnish with peanuts and chopped low-carb chocolate. Enjoy!
