Chocolate Potato Chip Bark

2-ingredient chocolate bark made with salted potato chips.

Ingredients
- 55 g Crinkle cut potato chips salted (2oz)
- 300 g milk chocolate (10.5oz)
- sea salt (optional, to sprinkle on top)
Instructions
- Line a tray with baking paper.
- Add the potato chips to a bowl and crush them into medium-sized pieces.
- Melt the chocolate and add it to the bowl. Mix well until all of the chips are covered.
- Transfer the mixture to your lined tray and spread it out into a rectangle shape. Sprinkle with sea salt if using. Don't add any chips on top as they'll become stale quite quickly.
- Place the bark in the fridge for around 2 hours, until the chocolate is fully set. Then peel it off the baking paper and break it into shards. Enjoy!
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
