Chocolate Protein Smoothie

This is my all time favorite Chocolate Protein Smoothie. It's creamy and delicious and makes me feel like I'm having dessert for breakfast. It's hard to believe it's healthy and takes only minutes to make!

Ingredients

Servings
  • 3-4 pieces ice
  • 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 nutritional shake brand Vega One All in One, scoop
  • 1 banana sliced

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for a minute or so. Scrape down the sides if necessary.
  2. Add more ice to make it thicker or more milk to make it thinner.
  3. Serve with a straw.
