Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chocolate milk low-fat
- 6 ounces yogurt plain, Greek
- 1 cup raspberries frozen
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- honey to taste
- 1/2 cup of ice if you want a thicker smoothie optional
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Makes two smoothies.
