Ingredients
- ½ cup butter softened
- ½ cup canola oil
- 1 ¾ cups white sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 4 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups zucchini grated
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9x13 inch pan or two 8x8 inch pans with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl cream butter, oil, eggs and sugar. Add buttermilk and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Sift dry ingredients together. Mix into creamed mixture until just combined. Stir in zucchini.
- Spread in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan or 2 - 8x8 inch pans. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-45 minutes for the 9x13 inch pan or 35 minutes for the 8x8 inch pan.
