  • 5 lices Bacon cooked, center cut
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing homemade
  • chives for garnish, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the lettuce in a large platter, top with tomatoes, crumbled bacon, blue cheese and serve with blue cheese dressing.
  2. Top with chopped chives.
