Ingredients
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese cubed
- 8 ounces pepper jack cheese cubed
- 8 ounces colby cheese cubed
- 8 ounces fresh mozarella balls
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup black olives
- 1 cup green olives
- 4 ounces pepperoni sliced
- 8 ounces salami sliced
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1/2 cup purple grapes
- 1 lice Colby jack cheese
- 1/4 cup pretzel sticks
- assorted crackers to serve with
Instructions
- Place your pretzels vertically at the bottom of the board to create the tree trunk.
- Lay a row of fresh rosemary horizontally across the bottom of the board to establish the base of the tree.
- Next, lay pepperoni slices above the rosemary.
- Follow with a mixture of the pepper jack and colby cheeses.
- Next, add a row of black olives.
- Lay another row of rosemary to create branches throughout the tree.
- Add a row of green grapes.
- Add the salami and mozzarella balls. Fold the salmi in half and use the mozzarella balls to prop the slices up.
- Add another row of rosemary, then place cheddar cheese and green olives onto the board. Continue adding rows of rosemary throughout the assembly to create the look of tree branches.
- Add tomatoes and red grapes.
- Use a star shaped cookie cutter or paring knife to cut out a star from a slice of colby cheese. Place the star on top and add little springs of rosemary throughout.
Notes
- You can place and choose ingredients to your liking! This takes a little bit of finessing but once you start, it's pretty easy to fill in and create a cute, decorative board.
- To store, cover board in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator. It's best to not leave it at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
