Instructions
- Take a large rectangular cutting wooden board which you'll use for assembling your charcuterie Christmas tree on. Alternatively, use a large rectangular platter.
- Begin by creating the tree trunk using sesame Pretzel sticks at the bottom of the board.
- Build the first layer at the bottom of the tree with cherry tomatoes.
- Continue with cubed beef ham making this layer narrower than the previous one from each side
- Add a layer of green olives with chili pepper.
- Continue with 2 layers of folded slices of turkey and beef ham slices.
- Add a layer of black olives.
- Intersperse cubes of gouda cheese, tangerines, and mozzarella balls in the next layers.
- Crown your tree with a festive touch—blueberries at the top.
- Cut out cheddar cheese slices into star shape (you could use a star cookie cutter) and place them on the uppermost layer at the top of the tree.
- And finally, decorate with fresh rosemary sprigs.
- Serve your masterpiece and watch it become the star of the holiday party!
Notes
- Refrigerate: If you're not serving the board immediately, store it in the refrigerator. Just be mindful of the cheeses — bring them to room temperature before serving for the best taste.
- Cover with Plastic Wrap: To keep your board fresh, cover it tightly with plastic wrap. This helps preserve the flavors and prevent drying out.
- Airtight Containers: For leftover ingredients, store them separately in airtight containers. This ensures freshness for future use.
