Christmas Charcuterie Board Wreath
Description
This Christmas Charcuterie Board Wreath uses beef salami, mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, and green olives threaded onto skewers, creating individual bite-sized antipasto pieces. The skewers are arranged in a circular pattern resembling a wreath, enhanced by fresh rosemary sprigs tucked beneath for aroma and appearance. Just before serving, a balsamic glaze drizzle adds a subtle sweetness and acidity to complement the salty and creamy components.
The flavor profile mixes savory cured meat with mild cheese and briny olives, while the cherry tomatoes offer a fresh juiciness. The texture contrasts between the soft mozzarella, tender tomato, and firmer olive and salami make each bite interesting. The chilled presentation maintains freshness and makes it easy to grab as finger food during holiday celebrations.
Ideal for Christmas parties, this wreath-style charcuterie board serves as a festive centerpiece that guests can pick from as they mingle. It pairs well with crusty bread, crackers, or additional dips if desired. The balsamic glaze enhances the overall balance without overpowering individual flavors.
Prepare the skewers ahead of time without the glaze and keep refrigerated to save time on the day of your event. Assemble the wreath just before serving and add the balsamic drizzle then for the best texture and appearance.

- 24-30 4- inch skewers
- 8 ounces beef salami
