Ingredients
- 16 oz Colby jack cheese cubed
- 8 oz pepper jack cheese cubed
- grape green and red
- Brie cheese for the star
- 24 oz salami dry
- Cracker of choice
- rosemary sage, and cranberries for garnishing
Instructions
- Cut the brie into a star shape and cut the cheeses and slice meats thinly.
- Starting at the bottom, layer grapes, cubes of cheese, sliced meat, and crackers then repeat till you have a tree shape.
- Add fresh herbs and cranberries for pops of color. Add brie star to the top and crackers for a tree stem.
- Enjoy!
