Ingredients
- 3 cups almond milk plain, unsweetened or cashew milk
- 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
- ¼ teaspoon stevia how to make powdered sweetener, 8 doonks, THM Pure Stevia or equivalent powdered sweetener
- flavor(s) or extract(s) of choice, more or less to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Mix together all of the ingredients.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Expires whenever the cream or milk used in the recipe expires.
Notes
- Each tablespoon has 1.25 grams of fat, so you can enjoy as much as 1/4 cup in a Carbalicious (THM E) setting (just be mindful not to go over 5 grams fat with anything else you're enjoying alongside this creamer). In an S setting, quite a bit more can be enjoyed.
