Christmas Punch
Description
Combining cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and almond extract creates a sweet and aromatic base. Ginger ale is stirred in last to preserve carbonation and add a fizzy texture. Adding fresh cranberries and lime slices provides a visually appealing and slightly tart contrast to the sweet fruit juices.
The punch is best served cold and consumed within a few hours, as the ginger ale can lose its fizz over time. Chilling the juices and soda beforehand reduces the need for ice, which helps avoid diluting the flavors.
This beverage is nonalcoholic and suitable for guests of all ages, complementing festive food spreads and enhancing holiday gatherings.

- 6 cups cranberry juice or pomegranate cranberry juice
- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 1 Tbsp almond extract
- 3 liters ginger ale
- 1 (12 oz.) cranberries optional, fresh, in bag
