Chunks of avocado, tomatoes, onions coated in lime juice. Eat with tortilla chips or top on chicken, fish or beef.

Ingredients
- 3 avocado diced, medium Hass variety
- 1 lime juiced
- 2/3 cup cherry tomato sweet, sliced and seeded
- 1/4 cilantro chopped, bunch fresh
- 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
- 1 jalapeño diced (optional)
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl gently fold together avocados, tomatoes, jalapeno (optional),onion and cilantro with the fresh lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
