Cool, crispy, and creamy, this Cilantro Lime Coleslaw is a quick and easy side dish that adds a punch of flavor to any plate. Made with just a handful of ingredients and a few minutes of prep!

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. bag coleslaw mix
- ¼ cup cilantro packed
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 ounce lime juice fresh squeezed
- ½ teaspoon lime zest
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cayenne
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
- Add the coleslaw mix to a large bowl and discard the included dressing package.
- Add the remaining ingredients to a large glass and use an immersion blender to blend until smooth. You can also add them to a food processor.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to coat.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to let the flavors meld. Enjoy by itself or on sandwiches.
Notes
- This recipe is the perfect amount for a family of 4 or 5. If you want a large batch, simply double or triple the recipe for a backyard BBQ.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
