- 1 lb coleslaw mix
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
