Cilantro Lime Ranch Crema

Cilantro Lime Ranch Crema is a creamy, tangy sauce blending mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, almond milk, buttermilk ranch seasoning, fresh cilantro, garlic powder, and lime juice. It offers a smooth texture and fresh herbal citrus notes, ideal for drizzling over dishes or as a dip. Versatile and easy to prepare, it keeps well refrigerated for up to two weeks, making it handy for flavoring a variety of meals.

Description

This Cilantro Lime Ranch Crema pairs creamy mayonnaise and Greek yogurt with almond milk to create a light base. The addition of buttermilk ranch seasoning gives a mild, savory ranch flavor, complemented by minced fresh cilantro and a touch of garlic powder for herbal depth. Lime juice adds brightness and subtle acidity to balance the creaminess.

The ingredients are simply whisked together until smooth, forming a sauce that is both rich and fresh tasting, with a creamy texture suitable for drizzling on vegetables, tacos, or grilled proteins. The sauce can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

The recipe allows for almond milk or regular milk depending on preference, excluding coconut milk due to its strong flavor. This crema offers a flexible condiment that can be adjusted with milk alternatives or seasoning variations to suit different tastes or dietary needs.
