Ingredients
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves
- 1/3 cup salsa verde
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- lime juice of 1
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt or to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, add ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt, 1 bunch cilantro leaves, 1/3 cup salsa verde, 2 cloves garlic, juice of 1 lime, 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt, and pepper,.
- Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
- Store in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
