This platter is filled with Mexican-inspired flavors and some of my family's favorite snacks.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp ceviche
  • hearts of palm ceviche
  • guacamole
  • salsa
  • DIY Baked Taquitos
  • bean
  • Nacho Cheese Dip​
  • jicama with lime juice and paprika
  • avocado
  • bell peppers mini
  • corn on the cob
  • sour cream
  • cheese shredded
  • tortilla chips
  • inka corn
  • almond
  • sesame seed

Instructions

  1. Arrange the large items first to anchor the platter. 
  2. Chop the fruits and veggies into bite sized pieces and arrange decoratively around the board along with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Contrast is key. Try to place dark foods next to light foods to add variety.
