Cinnamon Apple Energy Bites
Description
The Cinnamon Apple Energy Bites are made by soaking Medjool dates to soften, then blending them with dried apples, almonds, old-fashioned oats, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and a hint of allspice. Blended together, the mixture forms a firm, slightly sticky dough that is rolled into small balls. The resulting bites offer a balance of fruity sweetness, nutty crunch, and warming spices, making them a wholesome snack option without added refined sugars.
With no baking required, these energy bites are easy to prepare and store. Once formed, they can be refrigerated or frozen in airtight containers, allowing for convenient grab-and-go snacking. Their combination of oats and nuts provides sustained energy, while the fruit adds natural sugars and flavors.
