Description
This Cinnamon Coffee recipe involves warming skimmed milk together with maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon over low heat. This process infuses the milk with aromatic spices and a touch of sweetness. Hot espresso shots are then stirred in to combine the coffee's bold flavor with the spiced milk.
The result is a creamy, lightly spiced coffee with rich maple undertones and fragrant cinnamon. Optional cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top add extra luxury and visual appeal. This method can also be adapted using various milk types including almond, cashew, or oat milk, and the sweetness level can be adjusted by omitting the maple syrup.

Ingredients
- 500 ml skimmed milk
- 2 hot espresso
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.75 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Put 500 ml Skimmed milk, 2 tablespoon Maple syrup, 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract and 0.75 teaspoon Ground cinnamon into a pan and gently heat through. This will take about 3-4 minutes. You can also use the steamed milk setting on your coffee machine.
- Add 2 shot Espresso to the pan and stir well.
- Pour into cups/glasses and top with Cream and cinnamon (optional).
Notes
- Add nutmeg and ginger for a festive holiday version of the coffee.
- Non-dairy milks like almond, cashew, or oat can be substituted for skimmed milk.
- Omit maple syrup if you prefer unsweetened coffee.
