Cinnamon Peach Almond Baked Oatmeal

Cinnamon Peach Almond Baked Oatmeal combines rolled oats with warming cinnamon and baking powder for a fluffy texture. Almonds add crunch, while fresh peaches bring subtle sweetness and moisture. The wet ingredients include almond milk, maple syrup, almond butter, egg, and extracts creating a creamy, flavored base. Baked until golden and set, this oatmeal bakes into a satisfying dish that works well for breakfast or brunch.

Description

Using rolled oats as the base, this baked oatmeal recipe incorporates cinnamon and baking powder for flavor and a gentle rise. Almonds both inside and on top add toasty texture, while the addition of diced peaches provides fruity brightness and freshness. Wet ingredients including almond milk, maple syrup, egg, almond butter, and both vanilla and almond extracts infuse the mixture with creamy sweetness and nutty depth.

After mixing all ingredients, the mixture is baked in a greased baking dish until set and lightly golden on top, with peach slices arranged on the crust for visual appeal and additional flavor. Resting the finished oatmeal before serving allows it to firm slightly, perfect for cutting into portions. Toasted sliced almonds and a drizzle of maple syrup make fitting garnishes.
