- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups (12 fl oz/360 ml) whole milk, at room temperature
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- ½ cup (4 fl oz/120 ml) flavorless oil (vegetable, canola, sunflower)
