Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups oat milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

Instructions
- First, add all of the ingredients to a saucepan over low medium heat.
- Stir constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes, until the mixture reaches your desired consistency. The longer it cooks, the thicker it will become.
- Remove from the heat. Transfer into bowls.
- Finally, top with more ground cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Notes
- Use old-fashioned rolled oats for the best texture. They are softer than quick oats.
- Any type of milk can be used.
- Consistently stir the oatmeal to prevent burning.
- The longer it cooks, the thicker it will become.
- If needed, add a splash of more milk.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
