  • olive oil spray form
  • 1/4 /4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
  2. Arrange cut tortilla wedges on a baking sheet. Spritz lightly with olive oil spray. Stir together the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle onto the tortilla wedges.
  3. Bake until lightly golden brown and crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Serve.
