Cinnamon Swirl Cream Cheese Banana Bread has a delicious cinnamon swirl and cheesecake filling with walnuts hidden inside. This will easily be one of the best quick breads that you ever make!

Ingredients
- 3 over-ripe mashed bananas
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large beaten egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Cream Cheese Mixture
- 4 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl mix 3 over-ripe mashed bananas, ⅓ cup melted butter, ¾ cup granulated sugar, 1 large beaten egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp baking soda, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour until just incorporated. Do not over mix.
- Fold in ½ cup chopped walnuts. Spread ½ of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared loaf pan.
- Mix ⅓ cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle a little more than half on top of the banana mixture in the loaf pan.
- In a small bowl beat 4 ounces cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 egg. Mix until smooth. Spread on top of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Spread the remaining banana bread batter on top of the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted. Cool before slicing and enjoy!
