Citrus Apple Cider Martini

The Citrus Apple Cider Martini combines fresh lemon juice, vodka, rosemary-infused simple syrup, and apple cider shaken over ice to create a crisp, balanced cocktail. The rosemary syrup adds a herbal note, while the apple cider contributes sweetness and fruitiness. Served in a martini glass and garnished with an apple slice, it offers a refreshing, layered drink.

Description

This cocktail mixes fresh lemon juice and vodka with apple cider and rosemary simple syrup. The syrup is prepared by dissolving sugar in water with rosemary sprigs steeped for one to two weeks, infusing the syrup with a subtle herbal flavor.

Shaking the ingredients vigorously with ice chills and dilutes the drink slightly, balancing the tartness of lemon juice with the sweetness from the syrup and the natural apple flavor. The result is a layered cocktail combining citrus brightness, smooth vodka warmth, mellow herbal undertones, and light apple fruitiness.

Presented in a martini glass and garnished with an apple slice, this martini offers a sophisticated profile suitable for casual or formal occasions where a refined, fruit-forward cocktail is desired.
