  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
  • cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons green onion sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice fresh
  • ½-1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 (6.5-ounce) can clams drained except for 1 tablespoon of juice, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Use a hand mixer to beat 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese until smooth in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Stir in ⅓ cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons sliced green onions, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, and ½-1 teaspoon hot sauce.
  3. Once fully combined, stir in 1 (6.5-ounce) can chopped clams, and reserved clam juice. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Serve with salty potato chips, butter crackers, or fresh vegetables.
