Clam Dip Recipe
Description
The Clam Dip Recipe blends softened cream cheese with clam juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and optional lemon pepper using an electric mixer until smooth. Minced clams are folded in gently to retain texture. The dip is refrigerated in an airtight container to develop flavor before serving. The tartness from lemon juice complements the briny clams, while Worcestershire adds complexity.
This dip is traditionally served chilled with ridged potato chips, offering a savory option for parties or casual snacking. Its creamy, spreadable consistency makes it easy to enjoy as an appetizer.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 6.5 ounces minced clams
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice more or less to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce more or less to taste
