Ingredients
- 2 large green apples cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup celery thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 1 cup red grapes halved
Waldorf Salad Dressing
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- To make the dressing, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, combine the apples, celery, walnuts and grapes.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything together until well combined. Enjoy immediately, or cover and store in the fridge.
