- lettuce leaves Recommended Iceberg, Boston, or Romaine
- 2 2 boiled eggs quartered
- 1 1 avocado sliced
- 1 1 medium tomato sliced
- 2 2 chicken breasts cooked and sliced thinly
- 1/4 1/4 medium red onion diced
- 4 4 slices Bacon cooked, Canadian or thick-sliced
- Blue cheese crumbles
- red wine vinaigrette

- Wash lettuce leaves and blot dry with paper towels. Place lettuce leaves flat on a plate and layer with eggs, avocado, tomato, chicken slices, onion, and bacon. Top with blue cheese crumbles and drizzle with red wine vinaigrette.
