Ingredients
- 1 bunch mint leaves
- 2 cups bottled coconut water
- 5 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
- 100 ml white rum
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups ice
Instructions
- Place the mint leaves in a jar and muddle them by gently pounding and twisting. Add the coconut water, lime juice, white rum, and sugar.
- Stir to combine well until the sugar dissolves. Add ice and serve the coconut mojito immediately.
