Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound lobster whole, cooked
- 1/4 cup celery , thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chives , chopped

Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Kosher salt, black pepper and chives.
- When the mixture is smooth, toss with the chopped lobster meat.
- Cover and chill for at last 1 hour before serving.
