Ingredients

  • ticks butter unsalted, slightly softened
  • 1 small shallot roughly chopped
  • 1 handful flat leaf parsley
  • 3 prigs savory leaves removed, stems discarded, fresh
  • 3 prigs marjoram leaves removed, stems discarded, fresh
  • salt to taste, kosher salt
  • white pepper to taste, kosher salt
  • lemon zest of 1
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning or to taste

Instructions

  1. Spin everything in a food processor until all the ingredients are blended, and the herbs are finely chopped. The butter should be a lovely mostly-uniform bright green.
