  • 1 ¼ cups vegetable broth
  • ¾ cup baby bella mushrooms chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon celery salt
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper ground
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • cup milk whole

Instructions

  1. In a small sauce pan, bring the broth to a boil. Stir in the mushrooms, onion and garlic powder, celery salt, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and milk until smooth. Pour into the sauce pan and stir to combine. Reduce the heat and allow to simmer until thickened, stirring constantly.
  3. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
