Cookie Dough Dip

Cookie Dough Dip is a creamy blend of softened butter and cream cheese sweetened with brown and powdered sugar, flavored with vanilla, and folded with mini chocolate chips. The result is a rich, scoopable dip mimicking raw cookie dough texture and flavor, ideal for serving with fruit, crackers, or cookies as an indulgent snack or dessert accompaniment.

Description

The preparation starts by beating softened butter and cream cheese until smooth, then adding milk and continuing until creamy. Brown sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla are mixed in to sweeten and flavor the dip evenly. Mini chocolate chips are folded in as the final step to give small bursts of chocolate throughout.

The dip has a smooth but slightly chunky texture from the chips and a sweet, buttery flavor that recalls classic cookie dough. It's easy to prepare ahead and serve chilled or at room temperature based on preference.

Due to the use of cream cheese and butter, it is important to keep the dip refrigerated and let it sit at room temperature before serving to regain spreadability.
