Craving some McDonald's Buffalo Sauce to serve up with dinner tonight? This homemade copycat recipe goes together quickly and an easy way to add flavor and spice to meals!

Ingredients
- ½ cup Frank's Red-Hot™sauce
- 1 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter liquid margarine remove spray nozzle and pour to measure
- 1 teaspoon dry pectin
- ¼ teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- ¼ teaspoon corn starch
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Gather up all your ingredients to make the sauce.
- Whisk all of the ingredients for the buffalo sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Continue stirring until all of the lumps are smooth while bringing to a boil.
- Once the mixture has started bubbling, remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Store in a small, lidded container in the refrigerator.
- Serve it up on the side of your favorite foods...
- as a dipping sauce and more!
