Description
This homemade version of the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher uses a base of lemonade combined with mango juice and pieces of dried dragonfruit to reproduce the signature bright flavor and appearance of the popular Starbucks beverage. The ingredients are simply shaken together just enough to combine.
The optional addition of green coffee bean powder adds caffeine in powdered form for a subtle energizing effect. The drink is poured over ice to serve cold and refreshing.
To transform this refresher into the "Dragon Drink" variation, coconut milk is added on top after filling the glass about three-quarters full with the base mixture. This adds a creamy texture and flavor contrast.
