Copycat Starbucks Pink Drink
Description
The recipe uses 1 cup of herbal tea concentrate (specifically Tazo Iced Passion) combined with an instant berry hibiscus drink mix dissolved in cold water. Fresh or frozen sliced strawberries add a fruity texture, while coconut milk provides creaminess and smooth mouthfeel. The drink is prepared by mixing the tea and berry powder, pouring a portion over ice in a glass, layering strawberries and topping with coconut milk, then stirring just before serving.
The result is a bright pink, mildly sweet beverage with floral and berry notes complemented by the richness of coconut milk. It offers a balance of refreshing tea flavors and creamy texture that is consistent with the original Starbucks Pink Drink.
Leftover tea concentrate can be stored covered in the refrigerator for mixing more servings later. The drink is best served cold and enjoyed soon after preparation for optimal freshness and flavor.
