Ingredients
- 10 ounce can original Rotel drained
- 2 cans corn and diced peppers 15 ounces each, drained
- 3 green onions chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups Mexican cheese shredded
- tortilla chips

Instructions
- In a bowl mix all ingredients together and chill.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
- This dip will typically stay fresh for about 3-4 days when stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. After that, the dip may begin to lose its texture and flavor.
- We do not recommend freezing this dip. The texture will not be the same after it is frozen.
