  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
  • ½ green bell pepper seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt with parsley flakes
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix corn, green pepper, jalapeno, and red onion. 
  2. Stir in lime juice, olive oil, sugar and salt. Chop and add cilantro just before serving.
