Cornbread With Sourdough Starter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sourdough starter
  • 3 tablespoons. butter melted
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 egg lightly beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in the above order, stirring only enough to blend the mixture.
  2. Pour into a buttered 9-inch square pan that has been lightly greased.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Enjoy your sourdough cornbread!
