Cottage Cheese Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces sourdough bread
  • 30 g cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seed

Instructions

  1. Mash avocado in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add crushed cottage cheese, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Toast the bread slices.
  4. Spread the avocado cottage cheese mixture on to the toasted bread.
  5. Finish with a sprinkle of hemp seeds.
  6. Serve yummy avocado cottage cheese toast for high protein packed breakfast!
