  • 150 g self-raising flour
  • 215 g cottage cheese full fat, fat free
  • 1 egg whisked
  • everything seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C(fan)/375°F/Gas 5.
  2. Blend 215 g Fat free cottage cheese in a food processor.
  3. Add 150 g Self-raising flour and the blended cottage cheese to a mixing bowl and bring together using a spoon.
  4. Use your hands to bring the dough together more and form into a ball.
  5. Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Divide the dough into four and roll into balls. Poke a hole in the ball and carefully stretch our to make the bagel shape.
  7. Brush with 1 Egg and sprinkle over Everything Seasoning.
  8. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden grown on top.

Notes

  • Blend cottage cheese until smooth before mixing with flour to ensure even dough texture.
  • Keep hands wet and work on a well-floured surface to manage sticky dough during shaping.
