Cottage Cheese Chip Dip {High Protein}

Report
This high-protein Cottage Cheese Chip Dip blends fat-free cottage cheese with lite mayonnaise, fresh dill, ranch seasoning, and lemon juice for a creamy, flavorful dip. Whipped until smooth, it serves as a refreshing accompaniment for vegetables, chips, or pretzels, providing a satisfying dip option with added protein.

Description

The Cottage Cheese Chip Dip recipe uses a full tub of fat-free cottage cheese combined with a small amount of lite mayonnaise to smooth the texture. Fresh dill and ranch seasoning powder add herbaceous and savory notes, while lemon juice brings brightness and balance. The mixture is blended in a food processor until whipped and creamy, creating a dip that is thicker than single-ingredient dips and holds well for dipping.

This dip pairs particularly well with fresh vegetables like carrots and celery, as well as kettle-cooked chips or pretzels, adding variety to snack or party platters. The cottage cheese base boosts protein content compared to traditional dips based on sour cream or mayonnaise alone.

For storage, the dip can be returned to the original cottage cheese container for easy refrigeration and will keep fresh for up to five days. Garnishing with a little fresh dill and sea salt before serving adds a fresh appearance and subtle finish.
