Ingredients

Servings
  • cottage cheese strained to remove excess liquid
  • Parmesan Cheese grated, 1 cup
  • garlic powder 1 teaspoon
  • onion powder 1 teaspoon
  • paprika
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • fresh herbs optional, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Prepare the Mixture:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strained cottage cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the Chips:

  1. Using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each mound with the back of a spoon to form thin, round chips.

Bake the Chips:

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy around the edges. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

Cool and Serve:

  1. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the chips cool on the sheet for a few minutes. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
  2. Transfer the cooled chips to a serving plate and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
